Precautions for installation of PV support

1、 The following preparations shall be made before the installation of the support

1. When cast-in-place concrete support foundation is adopted, the support shall be installed after the concrete strength reaches 70% of the design strength;

2. The following tests shall be carried out after the support arrives at the site:

1) The appearance and anti-corrosion coating shall be intact.

2) The model, specification and material shall meet the requirements of the design drawings, and the accessories and spare parts shall be fully produced.

3) The supports stored in mudflat, saline alkali and other places with strong corrosivity shall be well protected against corrosion.

4) Before the installation of the support, the installation unit shall check the horizontal deviation and positioning axis deviation of the foundation and embedded parts (embedded bolts) according to the relevant requirements of the "intermediate handover acceptance certificate".

2、 The installation of fixed support shall meet the following requirements

1. Support installation and fastening shall meet the following requirements:

1) The fastening of the support with section steel structure shall meet the requirements of the design drawings and the relevant provisions of the current national standard Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures (GB50205).

2) During the installation of the support, it is not allowed to knock forcibly and expand the hole by gas cutting. For the support made of hot-dip galvanized material, it is not suitable to drill holes on site.

3) The anti-corrosive coating of the support shall not be damaged during the installation of the support.

4) The adjustment action of the manually adjustable support shall be flexible, and the height angle adjustment range shall meet the design requirements.

2. The deviation of the tilt angle of the support shall not be greater than 33 ± 1 °.

3. The allowable deviation of fixed support installation shall comply with the following table

3、 Installation procedure of bracket

1. Be familiar with all parts and components of the support according to the installation drawing of the support, and ensure that all parts and components are good and missing.

2. Use tools such as strip line and level bar to determine a group of support foundation, U-bolt to adjust the position of nut, then install the front column, and use the level bar to check and adjust the verticality of the front column.

3. Confirm the direction of the beam, and install the front and rear column and slant support contact connectors and mold strip fasteners on the beam, when to install the rear column slant support node connectors, assemble the rear column and slant support and connect them to the front column.

4. Mark each item according to the installation drawing of the support factory, and install it on site according to the mark. When installing the sandalwood bar, connect the two segmented sandalwood bars into one through the sandalwood bar connector, and then install the third sandalwood bar first to ensure that the sandalwood bar is straight, and according to the requirements of the drawing, ensure the dimension requirements from the end of the sandalwood bar to the first beam. The other four sandalwood strips shall be installed and fixed according to the spacing size required in the drawing based on the third sandalwood strip. This part shall be made with spacing size mold to improve the installation speed and reduce the size error. At the same time, ensure that the position of the assembly mounting hole is in a straight line in the vertical direction.

5. For the installation of the component connecting plate, the installation drawing requires that the intermediate base plate of the component be pre-installed, which can be adjusted and fixed without fastening.
