Ministry of Natural Resources: There is a change in the rules for judging the compliance of the law enforcement of 2023 photovoltaic land satellite photos!
On March 4, the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources issued a notice on the revision of the Rules for the Determination of the Legitimacy of the Law Enforcement of Land Satellite Photographs. According to the latest relevant policy requirements of land administration, the Ministry revised and improved the relevant contents of the Rules for the Determination of the Legitimacy of the Law Enforcement of Land Satellite Photographs (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
In the 2023 revision document, the photovoltaic land that does not change the nature of the original land refers to the photovoltaic and wind power land that does not change the nature of the original land. Use unused land such as Gobi, desert and wasteland to build photovoltaic and wind power generation projects, including map patches or plots that do not occupy land or change surface morphology.
Compared with the previous "Rules for Determining the Legitimacy of Land Satellite Film Enforcement Pattern" issued in 2021, The content of "photovoltaic power generation projects built in the process of poverty alleviation in deep poverty areas, photovoltaic power generation projects within the scope of the national village-level photovoltaic power station construction scale determined by the National Energy Administration and the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council, and photovoltaic composite projects that meet the local construction requirements and identification standards, and their photovoltaic arrays use agricultural map patches or plots other than permanent basic farmland" was revised.
In addition, relevant amendments have also been made to the rules for determining the legality of the law enforcement patches of land satellite photos for mining land, ecological project restoration land, pilot land comprehensive renovation, and pond water surface.
